Due to retirement, B.R. Kreider is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to work collaboratively with company leaders and family members to advance the overall financial management plan of the organization and contribute to the strategic oversight and vision for the successful future of the company. The ideal candidate will fully align with and strengthen the values and mission of B.R. Kreider. The ability to develop people, understand family-business dynamics and build relationships both externally and internally are essential to the role. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will deliver exceptional business and financial acumen along with contract review and negotiation skills to drive effective, sustainable growth. This position will be responsible for providing leadership to the accounting team to ensure accounting procedures & reporting conform to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, essential
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in finance/accounting, required
Proficiency with technology, needed
CPA licensure and/or CCIFP designation is a plus, but not required
Background in excavation, construction or related industry, preferred
