North Eastern Trade Services is searching for candidates with a strong financial background as it relates to the residential construction industry. This position will involve management of AP, AR, Quick-books management, Reporting, forecasting for long term goals, and all other duties customarily controlled by a financial manager. Future expectation is for this role is that it will advance to the CFO position when strategic goals have been met.
Must have reliable transportation
Must be willing to work well with others
Must have a fluent knowledge of the financial management process and systems involved
Must be very well versed in Quickbooks
Must have strong personal skills and be willing to make necessary calls when customers fall behind on payment
Must be willing to deal with a legal team to resolve past due balances. (almost never happens)
Must be kind and friendly with a positive attitude
