Position Summary We are seeking an on-site, interim Head of Finance with deep construction finance experience to lead, build, and institutionalize our financial operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who has personally owned WIP, cash flow, tax forecasting, and financial systems inside a contractor environment. This is not a remote advisory or review role.  If your strength is frameworks, decks, and monthly “insights,” this will not be a fit.  If your strength is rolling up your sleeves, sitting with VP of Operations, AR/AP, and ownership, and turning financial mechanics into cash discipline and tax control, keep reading.
