Job Summary The Controller oversees and leads the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including payroll, AP/AR, and project accounting, while leading a high-performing team. This role provides operational support to the CFO with financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management, and drives process improvements and automation initiatives.
