Seeking a qualified construction controller for a small, privately owned heavy construction company. 

The ideal candidate will have a desire to lead the accounting department and improve processes and procedures as well as assist in the selection and implementation of a new ERP.  The person we're seeking must be both a leader and a roll-up-the sleeves person.

The right candidate will have

• Construction accounting experience
• Degree in Accounting or related field
• Sage 300CRE experience
• CPA preferred but not required
• Familiarity with construction payroll
• Ability to manage and lead a small accounting department
• Strong organizational skill
• Desire to grow with the firm
