What You Will Be Doing:
• Lead Strategy: Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop financial strategies aligned with our long-term goals, including market expansion, acquisitions, and organizational structure.
• Grow the Team: Coach and support our finance team—help them connect the dots, improve processes, and reach their full potential.
• Drive Performance: Create dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting tools that help all Departments make smarter decisions.
• Manage Risk & Compliance: Oversee insurance, tax planning, legal structures, and compliance with confidence.
• Optimize Systems: Improve our financial systems, integrations, and workflows to drive clarity, efficiency, and scalability.
• Own the Financials: Lead all accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.

What You Bring:
• Strategic financial leadership with 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership.
• Construction industry expertise is important—you understand the nuances of job costing, billing, and risk in this world.
• A systems thinker and teacher—someone who can translate numbers into action and bring people along with them.
• A confident communicator and collaborator with a high level of integrity, self-awareness, and a passion for developing others.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
