What we are looking for: Aldridge is seeking a Business Unit Controller to join our team and provide hands-on support for assigned divisions in key financial and accounting operations – with primary focus on cash flow and forecasting. What you’ll do: Collaborate as a strategic partner with executive leadership to forecast fiscal year revenue, margin, change orders, contingencies, job cost, and overhead Manage and develop a team of Project Accountants with compassion for employee development Prepare and present monthly Business Unit and Joint Venture financial reports Monitor key metrics of financial health including cash position and job profit and drive effective cash management
