SEMA Construction has an immediate opening for a part time AP Specialist. We are looking for someone with prior experience entering AP invoices in Viewpoint Vista. The invoices would arrive at our corporate office, we would scan them into Vista, and then this role would enter the data from the invoice into Vista.

For the right person this opportunity allows them to work remotely anywhere in the US with a solid internet connection. In addition, this is part time position so the hours are flexible, and we could work around your schedule with family commitments, other work requirements, etc.

You get to define your availability and hours.

Compensation could either be a fixed rate per hour or a fixed rate per invoice. This is open for discussion.

Prior knowledge of Viewpoint Vista AP.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Your own computer with dual monitors.
