We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to undertake multiple aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. We are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of Accounting experience and 2 years management/supervision.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in monthly close.
a. Calculate Work in Progress
b. Perform journal entries and accruals
c. Bank reconciliation
d. Credit card reconciliation
e. Cost allocation
2. Accounts Receivable
a. Must have knowledge of AIA billing.
b. Perform monthly invoicing
c. Enter client payments into the system
