The Project Administrator is a key team member, whose primary responsibility is to support field construction activities by processing information and controlling all aspects of contract administration. Position will report directly to the Assistant Controller.
Requirements: ·Required to keep accurate records and logs in orderly system and maintain job files ·Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be familiar with administration procedures and requirements. ·Must be capable of organizing and processing large amounts of verbal & written information in a timely manner ·Must become capable of reviewing & understanding construction documents ·Manage the administration requirements for multiple projects at once ·Strong writing & verbal communication skills ·Responsible to interface with PMs, Supers, Subcontractors and clients with professionalism
