The successful candidate must work well with clients, office and field staff, and sub-contractors, having the ability to multitask in a high paced environment by providing support for project and assistant project management teams.
General Accountability •Input of subcontracts, change orders and purchase orders into system •Management and distribution of plans and specifications •Assist in final preparation of all required bid documentation •Create and maintain project files •Create Start-up binders •Manage Owner and Subcontractor certificates of insurance •Permits (apply for and track permits through the local municipalities) •Prepare AIA Owner contracts and change orders •Prepare project close-out packages for Owners •Maintain calendar of upcoming bids •Set-up new vendors and clients •Notify Carpenters Union of new jobs •Support Project Managers •The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Qualifications •Minimum Education: High School or equivalent Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education •Minimum Experience: 3 Years •Knowledge of construction software: CMIC
